Skills: Instructional Design Methodologies (ADDIE, SAM), Learning Management Systems (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle), eLearning Authoring Tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate), Adult Learning Theory, Curriculum Development, Learning Objectives Design, Assessment Design, Multimedia Integration, Accessibility Standards (WCAG), Project Management, Visual Design Principles Requirements: Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum & Instruction, or a closely related field., 3+ years of professional experience in designing and developing online courses, preferably in higher education., Demonstrated ability to apply instructional design principles and learning theories to create effective learning solutions., Proficiency with at least one major Learning Management System and e-Learning authoring tool., Strong portfolio showcasing diverse instructional design projects and deliverables., Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to articulate design decisions., Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously., Experience with universal design for learning (UDL) and accessibility best practices.
