Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field, 2-4 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role, Proven ability to build and maintain complex financial models and present findings clearly, Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements, Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, Excellent problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity, CFA designation or MBA is a plus
