Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in your state of practice, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) with relevant experience considered, Minimum 2 years of experience in an acute care setting, preferably in an Emergency Department or Critical Care Unit, Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required upon hire, Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills, Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, Commitment to continuous professional development
