In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and evaluating engaging and effective online courses and learning experiences for a diverse learner population. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, faculty, and multimedia specialists to transform complex content into accessible, interactive, and outcomes-driven educational modules. A strong understanding of adult learning theories, educational technology, and a commitment to fostering student success are essential. Skills: Instructional Design Methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, Agile), Learning Management Systems (e.g., Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard), E-learning Authoring Tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate), Curriculum Development, Adult Learning Principles, Multimedia Design and Development (audio, video, graphics), Assessment Design, Project Management, Collaborative Teamwork, Excellent Written and Verbal Communication, Attention to Detail Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum & Instruction, or a closely related field (Master's preferred)., 3+ years of progressive experience in instructional design and development, specifically with online learning environments., Demonstrated ability to design and develop engaging, learner-centered online courses., Proficiency with common educational technologies and e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI)., Strong portfolio showcasing diverse instructional design projects., Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1) and best practices for inclusive design., Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
