Skills: Instructional Design Methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration, E-learning Authoring Tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate), Multimedia Content Development (video, audio, graphics), Curriculum Mapping and Alignment, Assessment Design and Evaluation, Project Management, Strong Written and Verbal Communication, Collaboration and Teamwork, Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred., 3+ years of progressive experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational content creation., Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning theories, pedagogical best practices, and educational psychology., Proficiency in designing and developing content for various delivery modalities (online, blended, in-person)., Experience with learning analytics and data-driven improvements to curriculum., Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines., A portfolio demonstrating successful curriculum development projects is highly desirable.
