Skills: Critical Care Nursing, Ventilator Management, Hemodynamic Monitoring, IV Insertion & Management, Medication Administration, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Patient Assessment, Emergency Response, Communication (Verbal & Written), Problem-Solving, Teamwork & Collaboration, Empathy & Compassion Requirements: Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program. BSN preferred., Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice., Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or acute care setting., Current BLS and ACLS certifications required. PALS or CCRN certification a plus., Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed., Strong critical thinking, organizational, and time management skills., Ability to stand, walk, lift, and assist patients as required by the role., Proficiency with hospital information systems and medical technology., Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
