In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging and effective learning experiences for a diverse audience. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, project managers, and multimedia developers to transform complex information into accessible and impactful educational content. A strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and e-learning technologies is essential for success in this position. Skills: Instructional Design Methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), E-learning Authoring Tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate), Learning Management System (LMS) Administration, Curriculum Development, Adult Learning Theory, Content Writing and Editing, Storyboarding and Scriptwriting, Multimedia Development (basic understanding and collaboration), Project Management, Data Analysis for Learning Effectiveness, Accessibility Standards (e.g., WCAG), Consultation and Stakeholder Management Requirements: Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field (Bachelor's degree with significant experience considered)., 5+ years of progressive experience in instructional design and e-learning development, preferably in a corporate or higher education setting., Demonstrated ability to design and develop a variety of learning solutions, including e-learning modules, blended learning programs, instructor-led training, and performance support tools., Proven experience collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to define learning objectives and content., Strong portfolio showcasing diverse instructional design projects and e-learning samples., Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail and ability to translate complex topics into clear content., Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment., Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Confluence).
