You will develop and maintain financial models, conduct variance analysis, prepare budgets and forecasts, and generate comprehensive financial reports. Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial functions), Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) software (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights), Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus, Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP), Ability to interpret financial statements and market data, Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, High attention to detail and accuracy Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field, 2-4 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role, Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, Demonstrated ability to build and maintain complex financial models independently, Solid understanding of corporate finance concepts and financial reporting, Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities, Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, CFA candidacy or designation is a plus
