Skills: Instructional Design Methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, Agile), eLearning Authoring Tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360), Learning Management Systems (LMS) Administration, Adult Learning Theories and Pedagogy, Curriculum Development and Design, Assessment Design and Evaluation, Multimedia Development (audio, video, graphics), Project Management, Technical Writing and Editing, Data Analysis for Learning Effectiveness, Accessibility Standards (WCAG) Requirements: Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum & Instruction, or a closely related field (Bachelor's with significant equivalent experience will be considered)., 5+ years of progressive experience in instructional design and curriculum development, preferably in a fast-paced education or ed-tech environment., A strong portfolio demonstrating successful design and development of diverse learning solutions (e.g., online courses, blended learning, interactive modules)., Demonstrated proficiency with at least two major eLearning authoring tools., Proven ability to apply adult learning principles and instructional design models to create engaging and effective learning experiences., Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely., Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment., Experience collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) and cross-functional teams.
