We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Instructional Designer to join our innovative online learning team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and evaluating engaging and effective online courses and learning materials for adult learners. This role involves collaborating closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), faculty, and other stakeholders to translate complex content into accessible and pedagogically sound learning experiences, utilizing best practices in instructional design and educational technology. Skills: Instructional Design Models (ADDIE, SAM), eLearning Authoring Tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate), Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration (e.g., Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard), Adult Learning Theory, Multimedia Development (audio, video, graphic design principles), Project Management, Curriculum Development, Content Writing and Editing, Needs Analysis Requirements: Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will be considered., 3+ years of professional experience in instructional design, preferably in higher education or corporate learning environments., Demonstrated ability to design and develop engaging online courses and learning modules from conception to completion., Strong understanding of pedagogical principles, learning theories, and best practices for online education., Proficiency with at least one major eLearning authoring tool and experience working with various LMS platforms., Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely., Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment., A portfolio demonstrating instructional design expertise and examples of developed learning materials.
